FIELD: examination and analysis of materials. SUBSTANCE: device has sampler positioned in pipeline with sampling hole opposite to flow. Device includes outlet assembly arranged on top, on horizontal or inclined section of pipeline. Sampler is made as tube with sampling hole on side surface. Average value of tube wall thickness on side of hole does not increase from point of sampling tube arrangement in pipeline, and it is not more than 5 mm. Sampling hole is determined by equations by means of width Bj at distance Hj from pipeline generating line positioned from diametrically opposite side relative to outlet assembly. parameters Bj and Hj are determined by equations with i varying from 1 to 9 for continuous and discrete sampling holes. Sampling hole width is monotone function and is selected to be not less than , where G=9 mm; Dnomo=100 mm. Permissible deviation of hole width from the rated one is not over 0.2 mm, distance Hj does exceed 10 mm, rounding radius of sampling hole pointed sections is from 0 to 5 mm. Lower end of tube carries stabilizer, width Xn of which at distance Yn from lower boundary of hole is determined by rated formula. Value Yn is also found from rated formula. Deviation of parameters Xn,Yn from rated values does not exceed 5 mm. Device allows accurate quantitative and qualitative accounts of liquid pumped through pipelines.
