FIELD: sampling technology. SUBSTANCE: procedure can find use in oil producing and other branches of industry where high accuracy of determination of parameters of liquid pumped over pipe-line is required. Sampler is placed in pipe-line and samples are taken in compliance with procedure of taking samples of liquid from pipe-line. Flow blended in lateral section of pipe-line is blended with flow along pipe-line and they are aligned prior to sampling. Sample taking element of device sampling liquid from pipe-line is mounted on pipe-line with orientation of inlet hole in opposition to flow. Mixer manufactured from perforated pipe placed uniaxially with pipe-line and joined to block of sections narrowing and expanding laterally is placed in pipe-line ahead of sample taking element.
