FIELD: biochemistry, immunology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of synthesis of substances used for preparing and immunoassay of antibodies. Method involves carrying out the combined reaction of hapten and protein-carrier in an alkaline solution. Reduction of conjugate in reaction solution is performed by addition of sodium boron hydride in the presence of compound blocking the formation of insoluble polymeric fraction at the molar ratio of protein to the blocking compound = (1:100)-(1:1000), respectively. As the blocking agent the compound taken among the following group is used: derivatives of iodoacetic acid, derivatives of acrylic acid, unsaturated derivatives of heterocyclic compounds, cyclic amines, oxiranes. Method ensures to obtain good-soluble conjugates hapten-protein containing minimal amount of polymeric substances and exhibiting the stability without the special stabilizing agents.
