FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing prepared dish, such as first or second course, in container manufactured from edible material, such as cylindrical rye-wheat mixed bread with cut off cap-shaped top crust; removing pulp from bread body so as to form vessel with wall thickness of at least 1.5 cm; placing food product into vessel and tightly covering it with cut off top crust; delivering ready food product for direct or further consumption or transporting it to storages or trades. Food product may be used in different conditions, for instance in catering enterprises such as restaurants, cafes, snack bars in different kinds of transport, as well as in homes.
