FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed is a semi-finished food product which contains an edible shell ready for consumption and a filling placed in a container which ensures its storage at temperature of 3-24 °C and humidity 75%. Edible shell is a bakery product with a hole, and the filling is made of meat and/or fish and/or vegetable raw materials and has viscosity of 2,000 to 30,000 mPa⋅s, with dry substances content from 15% to 60%. Hole of the bakery product is filled with a filling located in the container immediately before consumption without heating.
EFFECT: invention ensures creation of a food semi-product ready for consumption without thermal treatment and stored at room temperature for at least 3 months.
