FIELD: catalyst for hydroconversion with hydroisomerization of hydrocarbon raw materials. SUBSTANCE: catalyst has, at least, one noble metal from group VIII applied to amorphous carrier from aluminum oxide with homogeneously distributed silicon dioxide. Catalyst is distinguished by the fact that it has carrier with content of silicon dioxide of 5-70 wt.% and specific surface, determined by BAT method and equalling 100-500 sq.m/g, with medium pore diameter of 1-12 nm, volume of pores with diameter amounting to valve between mean diameter of ± 3 nm, exceeding 40 % of total pore volume, dispersion of noble metal of 20-100%, coefficient of noble metal distribution in excess of 0.1 with noble metal content of 0.05-10 wt.%. Method of processing with hydroisomerization of heavy oil hydrocarbon fraction is offered. EFFECT: more simple and highly efficient catalyst. 15 cl, 2 tbl
