FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: method and device can be used for trenchless replacement of worn-out subsurface pipelines, also in repair and reconstruction of underground engineering structures. Increased speed of trenchless replacement of subsurface pipelines is achieved due to less time spent on laying rods into subsequent section of pipeline being replaced and on installing bands on rollers of feeding device, and also due to reduced forces of resistance to movement of feeding device and to movement of new pipeline being pulled into bore-hole. Breaking of old pipeline and forcing its fragments into ground mass, creation of bore-hole and pulling new pipeline into bore-hole are effected by means of feeding device. Simultaneously, rods connected with feeding device are brought into subsequent section of old pipeline. Laying of rods is combined with drilling-out of ground plugs in old pipeline. New pipeline is pulled into thus formed bore-hole by way of rotation. Rollers of feeding device have bands secured on them, head band is cylindrical, subsequent bands are tapered. Rollers are provided are provided with band movement limiters arranged over side surface of rollers. Band movement limiters are made in the form of slots located diametrically opposite in plane which is parallel to roller base in side surface of roller. Bands are made splittable with members for fastening on rollers. Fastening members are made in the form of bolts installed in slots of rollers. Final roller of feeding device is provided with adapter member secured to feeding device through pivoted joint. Adapter is used for connecting feeding device with new pipeline being pulled into bore-hole. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 7 cl, 6 dwg
