FIELD: construction and repair of underground pipelines. SUBSTANCE: proposed pipeline contains pipe placed in stationary envelope. Said envelope is made to provide longitudinal and transverse displacement of pipe inside envelope. Transverse displacement of pipe can be made for distance not less than diameter of pipe. Envelope of pipeline is multiplayer, made of mechanically strong and chemically resistant heat insulating material properties providing safety of pipe and preservation of properties of transported material.
