SUBSTANCE: antenna assembly has first antenna of inherent frequency approximately equal to fm connected to first transmitting and/or receiving unit and second antenna of inherent frequency approximately equal to fm inductively and mechanically coupled with first antenna. First and second antennas function to provide communication with other antenna assembly that has at least one third antenna of inherent frequency approximately equal to fm connected to second transmitting and/or receiving unit that functions to transmit data to and/or receive them from first transmitting and/or receiving unit. At least one of first and second transmitting and/or receiving units is to be installed on road section. Corresponding second or first transmitting and/or receiving unit is to be mounted on vehicle moving over this road section.
