SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a solid medicinal form based on sulfamethoxazol and trimethoprim containing 18.82-19.93 wt.-% of additional pharmaceutically acceptable substances. The solid medicinal form is made as granules covered by powdering layer of a mixture of starch and calcium or magnesium stearate. Granules have: a) a mixture of the above indicated active substances, starch and polyvinyl-pyrrolidone; b) matrix based on starch hydrolyzate.
