FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for an intramuscular injection administration. A pharmaceutical composition has analgetic nimezulid at amount 2.5-10 wt.-%/vol. and a base-carrier enhancing the parenteral absorption that has the following components, wt. -%/vol.: dimethylacetamide 5-12; benzylbenzoate 20-50 and oleic acid ethyl ester 30-65. Method of preparing a pharmaceutical composition for an intramuscular injection administration involves at first mixing dimethyl-acetamide and benzylbenzoate followed by addition of nimezulid to obtained mixture and stirring up to the complete dissolving and then oleic acid ethyl ester is added. The use of the new composition of nimezulid ensures to inject the solution of high concentration (50 mg/ml) at amount from 0.5 to 3.0 ml.
