Composition has cyclosporin in hydrophilic carrier-medium that involves propylene glycol, product of reesterification of natural vegetable oil triglyceride and polyalkylenepolyol, for example, polyethylene glycol-6 and apricot oil esters, for example, Labrafil M1944 and polyoxy-ethylene-containing hydrogenated castor oils, for example, Kremofor RH40 and glycerol triacetate or triacetine.
