FIELD: medicine; medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing inflammation focus to combined laser radiation composed of ultraviolet, visible and infrared bandwidth components. Wavelengths are selected in 1030-1080 nm, 515-540 nm, 343-360 nm and 257-270 nm bandwidth. Output power is from 1 to 50 mW. Distance is not greater than 5 mm. Exposure time is selected to be from 1 to 20 min. The number of sessions is from 10 to 30. Device has solid body laser with diode pumping, microprocessor, converter of basic frequency into the second, the third and the fourth harmonic, device for selecting radiation spectrum areas containing given wavelengths having electromechanical drive connected to micro-processor maintaining inflammation focus irradiation with the combined laser radiation of given radiation wavelength composition.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in examining tumor location.
