FIELD: hygiene.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed are elasticized absorbent products containing weakened elasticized parts, and methods for their production. Method comprises applying a first amount of adhesive on first part of at least one of first material web and elastic thread, applying second amount of adhesive on second part of at least one of first material web and elastic thread, coating of elastic thread or first surface of first web of material, or first surface of second web of material to form elasticized web. Elasticized web comprises a strong bonding area and a weak bonding area, wherein the strong bonding area provides a greater surface density of the adhesive than the weak bonding area. Finally, the method may further include partial loosening of the elastic waist panel thread in at least one location within the second region.
EFFECT: disclosed are elasticized absorbent products and methods for weakening elastic parts in elasticized absorbent articles.
