FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: described is optical adhesive comprising epoxydiane, oligomer, aliphatic amine hardener and modifiers. Modifiers include triglycidyl phosphate and diglycidyl esters of phosphorus acids of general formula:  wherein R is -OCH3, -CH3, ratios of components being as follows, wt parts: epoxydizine oligomer, 100; triglycidyl phosphate, 2-15; diglycidyl ester of phosphorus acids, 3- 2000; aliphatic amine hardener, stoichiometric amount. EFFECT: wider controllable range of refraction index of adhesive, simplified composition and preparation technology and retention of main strength characteristics of optical adhesive. 46 ex, 2 tbl
