FIELD: municipal road maintenance machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow roll 1 with perforations and source of hot gas supply 9. Roll is embraced at top and sides by shroud 5 which is corrugated and made of flexible heat-insulating material. Shroud is of same configuration as roll surface and adjoins this surface. Roll is made in the form of thin-wall corrugated pipe of resilient heat-insulating material. Rims 2 made of rigid heat-insulating material are secured on widening parts of roll. Beam 6 is provided inside roll for limiting sagging of roll. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device improves quality of treating surface irregularities. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
