Secured to external surface of roll is metal bristle 4. Roll is made in the form of thin-wall corrugated pipe which is embraced at top and sides with heat-insulating shroud. Internal space of roll communicates with spacing between pipe and shroud. Fixed to ends of pipe are rims 2, 3. Used as source of heat supply is open-flame burner of exhaust gases from engine.
