FIELD: food-production industry. SUBSTANCE: method is based on using plasma of blood from agricultural animals. According to method, blood is collected and separated, plasma is collected, and plasma is pasteurized. After that, mixture is made of blood plasma, natural carrot and squash juice with pulp, and sugar syrup, stirring and forming operations are performed. Blood plasma of animals is used in function of enriching agent and jelly-formation agent. Pasteurization is performed at temperature of 50-55 C during 50-60 min with subsequent pause at room temperature during 25-30 min. Cycle is repeated three times with mixture of natural carrot and squash juice. Jelly formation takes place at room temperature during 40-60 min at determined proportioning of components. In result of application of aforesaid procedure and ingredients, obtained is product enriched with easily-assimilable protein which is balanced as to amino acid composition, with vitamins and alimentary fibres.
