FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing deep sclerotomy with explanting drainage done by means of tubular drain. In forming superficial scleral flap, 2x2 mm square opening is cut out from the central part of the flap. Conjunctiva and the upper surface of the drain are pierced in postoperative period. Probe is introduced into the drain and drugs are introduced through the probe into the anterior chamber. The drain itself is produced like sand glass in shape. The narrow part of the so formed drain is placed in the vicinity of the limb 2/3 distance from external end of the drain. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; stable hypotensive result; reduced number of surgical interventions to be done. 1 dwg
