FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating conjunctival and superficial scleral grafts, removing a portion of deep sclera layers and dissecting exterior wall of Schlemm's canal all over the scleral graft bed width with conjunctival and scleral grafts being fixed with sutures.
