FIELD: methods of cleaning waste water containing oils and grease. SUBSTANCE: soap lye is treated with acid and floated to content of grease of 10 to 500 mg/l; floatation slag is separated and cleaned solution is neutralized by means of alkali, after which it is evaporated till saturated solution of sodium chloride is formed. Floation slag and sodium chloride are returned to main process. EFFECT: maximum utilization of grease and oils contained in soap lye; low cost of process at stable conditions. 1 ex
