FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this particularly relates to bridge-building industry. Supporting part of bridge includes lower member which is made with spherical concave working surface which carries sheet polymeric antifriction material. Upper member of bridge supporting part has ball-like supporting surface. Ball-like surface of upper member at least in zone of contact with sheet polymeric antifriction material is made with polished surface and with covering of chromium of at least 0.1 mm thickness. Spherical and/or cylindrical recesses filled with lubricant are provided in sheet polymeric antifriction material in zone of contact with upper member. Depth of recesses is not larger than 0.75 of thickness of sheet polymeric antifriction material. In addition, depth of spherical and/or cylindrical recesses must be larger than half of their diameter. Cylindrical recesses can be located preferably under central part of upper member uniformly alternating with spherical recesses. Depth of recess is in inverse proportion to its distance from main vertical axis of upper member. Peripheral recesses must be located at distance from edge of sheet antifriction polymeric material equal to at least three their diameters. Application of aforesaid embodiment of supporting part of bridge ensures higher reliability and longevity of bridge supporting part at alternating seasonal temperatures. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 cl, 4 dwg
