FIELD: transport engineering; spherical joints for front wheel suspensions. SUBSTANCE: insert and body are made with shifted center; center of outer sphere of first insert and inner sphere of body is shifted relative to center of heat of ball pin, thus ensuring higher elasticity of first insert and consequently more tight crimping of sphere of ball pin head. Shift of centers of two sphere provides for reliable keeping of ball pin head in body. Body is provided with circular cavity which ensures tight encircling of sphere of ball pin head by inserts after flaring-out in fitting the locking member. Second insert has hemispherical form and is provided with grooves. Inner concave surface of second insert have meridional slots. EFFECT: operational capabilities and enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
