FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: construction unit has first panel and second panel made of high-density foam plastic. Each panel has internal surface and external surface, also upper surface and lower surface, first end-face and second end-face. Panels are spaced from each other in parallel to their internal surfaces turned towards each other. At least two links pass between and through aforesaid components of panels and are formed up in them. Each link has pair of elongated end-face strips which are oriented in vertical direction and resting on aforesaid external surfaces of panels. Also provided are following members: thin narrow strip which connects middle sections of end-face strips, row of primary narrow struts passing from positions adjacent to middle point of narrow strip to positions spaced through small distance from end of end-face strip, and row of secondary narrow struts passing from positions on primary struts to positions located on strip in spacing between end-face strips and middle point of strip. Application of aforesaid invention ensures reduction of labour-intensity together with more efficient construction operations. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 20 cl, 20 dwg
