FIELD: remote control over parameters of current and voltage in high-voltage section of electric power systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed device is intended for control over transient processes in these systems without any restrictions as to class of network voltage, operates on self-sufficient basis, is safe in operation and does not require formation of special broadcasting network for collection of measurement information. Device controlling electric power systems has high-voltage measurement module incorporating passive converter of network current magnetically coupled to high-voltage network and/or passive converter of network voltage electrically coupled to high-voltage network connected to high-voltage network. High-voltage measurement module additionally has unit of secondary electric power supply, low-voltage feeding current transformer magnetically coupled to high-voltage network and/or low-voltage feeding voltage transformer with filtering capacitor that shunts primary winding and damping resistor parallel to it placed in circuit of passive converter of network voltage electrically coupled to high-voltage network, active converter of signals of measurement information connected to passive converter of network current and/or passive converter of network voltage and to unit of secondary power supply. It has radio frequency and/or optical outputs of converted signals of measurement information. Passive converter of network voltage is manufactured in the form of high-voltage reference capacitor and low-voltage arm connected in series. All elements of high-voltage measurement module except high-voltage reference capacitor are placed into electric screen connected to network wire through choke and damping resistor parallel to it. EFFECT: design of device controlling conditions of electric power systems by parameters of current and voltage in various sections of them, transient process included. 3 cl, 3 dwg
