FIELD: information transmission using aerial or cable electric power transmission lines, in particular, use of high- frequency communication or other types of receivers which generate or transmit high-frequency information signals. SUBSTANCE: device has connection filter and high-voltage communication capacitor. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced high- frequency current transformer, which is connected to high-voltage mains by induction and is equipped with signal winding and demagnetization winding, which is loaded to choke. Circuits of windings also have filter capacitors and dampening resistors, high- frequency balance transformer, which terminals on one side are connected to communication resistor, choke, communication capacitor and filter capacitor, and which terminals on another side are connected to signal winding circuit of high-voltage transformer. All introduced device elements are located in electric screen, which is connected to mains through parallel circuit of choke and dampening resistor. EFFECT: decreased inductance caused by power supply down to natural inductance of wires in order to increased service life of power switches; operation bandwidth is decreased more than by factor of two causing respective increase in amount of information to be transmitted by electric power transmission line; elimination of line trap to decrease device cost, simplified process and increased speed of mounting, decreased space required for mounting. 2 dwg
