FIELD: medicine, namely traumatology. SUBSTANCE: bleeding is arrested by compressing of tissues in region of bleeding vessels due to introduction of devices into bones. Every device is shaped as sharpened needle with tail part. The latter is made as loop for engagement of one device with the other in form of chain. To press parietal peritoneum along with bleeding vessels to bone tissue, middle part of needle is bent through angle of 90 dwg. at distance of at least 15 mm from sharpened end which is shaped as fishing hook. Device is introduced into pelvis bones in region of hematoma through one cortical layer by means of instrument and hammer. Device is turned to prevent its shifting, and fixed chain is formed over hematoma perimeter. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of hemostasis. 2 cl, 2 dwg
