FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to traumatology, and can be used for reposition and fixation of sacroiliac joint injuries involving disordered pelvic ring. Rods are inserted through skin punctures within edge of ilium wings retroperitoneally into ilium body close to sacroiliac joint from both sides of pelvis. The rods are joined by elements of an external fixation apparatus with generating compression between cores in a frontal plane.
EFFECT: method allows for recovery and fixation of injured pelvic parts in a short time without considerable operational trauma, not changing the patient's position, without additional haemorrhage, arrests retroperitoneal and intrapelvic bleedings in acute wound dystrophy and creates more comfortable conditions of care for badly injured patients in a post-shock period.
