FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing crossed wires into anterosuperior spines of iliac bones in oblique sagittal plane to a depth of at least 5 cm and fixing them as a bundle by means of fastening members. Wires with locking members are also introduced into superoposterior segments in the area of sacroiliac articulation and into subacetabular zone of the iliac bones to a depth of not more than 3 cm. The wires are fixed as a bundle by means of fastening members connected with threaded rods for carrying out reposition and fixation. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; low risk of traumatic complications. 2 dwg
