FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administration of 0.05-0.2% solution of L-epinephrine in aerosol form by inhalation to patients at acute stage of the disease. The dose is 0.5-10 ml in 1.5-2 h up to improvement onset. Diameter of aerosol particles is 5-25 mcm. The treatment results to decrease of inflammation and upper respiratory ways edema.
