FIELD: waste disposal. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disposing waste from production of ethyl alcohol, yeast, citric acid, lysine, and other fermentation products. Distillery dregs are subjected to chromatographic separation and pH value of chromatographic residue containing organic acid is lowered by addition of acid to form precipitate, which is separated as inorganic fraction containing potassium salt that render this material useful as fertilizer. Remaining organic fraction basically contains organic acids rendering this fraction useful, for example, as feed additive or in production of silage. EFFECT: improved useful properties of waste products and reduced labor-intensiveness. 11 cl, 1 tbl, 6 ex
