FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: aqueous-alcoholic solution is prepared to obtain the proof value of vodka 45%. Sugar as sugar syrup (concentration is 65.8%) is added to the sorting or finishing tank and obtained an aqueous-alcoholic liquid is passed through carbon-cleansing battery. In parallel procedure an aromatic alcohol is prepared by distillation of a mixture consisting of common woodworm, milfoil and melissa in an aqueous-alcoholic liquid at the ratio = 1:1:3 up to the content of essential oil in an aromatic alcohol 0.0033-0.0035 l/1000 dal of vodka. Ready vodka has the following ratio of components, l/1000 dal: melissa, milfoil and common woodworm aromatic alcohol, 14-16; 65.8-% sugar syrup and an aqueous-alcoholic liquid from rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest degree of purification and drinking water (proof is 45%), the balance. The combination of method techniques and combined use of components at the definite quantitative ratio ensures to obtain high quality vodka showing very pleasant citrus-honey taste at post-taste.
