SUBSTANCE: special vodka has the following components, l/1000 dal: dried apples aromatic alcohol 48-52; cinnamon aromatic alcohol 5.5-6.5; 65.8%-th sugar syrup 22-24 and an aqueous-alcoholic liquid prepared of rectified ethyl alcohol and drinking water - the rest. The ratio of cinnamon to apples in preparing aromatic alcohols is 1: 20. The combination of components of vodka and their quantitative ratio enhance organoleptic properties of vodka making the pleasant almond tint in post-taste on the background of vodka taste and aroma.
