FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: water-alcohol solution (assortment) is prepared in sorting tank by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and corrected drinking water bearing in mind production of 40% vodka. Thus obtained "assortment" is thoroughly stirred, verified for concentration, and, after adjusting concentration, pumped into pressure tank and therefrom on carbon-refinement battery, wherein it is treated with active carbon and filtered at filtration rate 40 dal/h on fresh carbon and up to 30 dal/h on regenerated carbon. Filtered vodka is transferred into adjustment tank. 65.8% sugar syrup or aqueous solution is prepared from granulated refined sugar and introduced into sorting or adjustment tank. Scented alcohols of juniper cone-berry and juniper conifer are separately prepared by flooding vegetable materials in amounts 0.7-0.9 kg (per 1000 dal of finished product) with 50% (v/v) alcohol-water mixture at 1:10 ratio followed by distillation. Carbohydrate modulus "Frulact" is dissolved in softened water at 60-70 C. Scented alcohols are combined and carbohydrate modulus "Frulact" is added (ratio 1:1:1), resulting mixture is seasoned for 20-30 min and divided into two portions. One portion of seasoned mixture is introduced into adjustment tank before introduction of vodka and the other portion is added after thorough agitation of the mixture. After addition of ingredients into adjustment tank, vodka is thoroughly stirred and verified for concentration. In case of deviation from standard, vodka is adjusted in the same tank by adding alcohol or water followed by agitation and verifying concentration. Finished vodka is subjected to control filtration and then bottled. EFFECT: improved organoleptic characteristics at lower cost, acquired vaguely perceptible aroma of frost freshness and retarded taste of cedar nut, and enlarged assortment of such type of vodkas. 3 ex
