FIELD: environment control activities. SUBSTANCE: device is intended for liquidation of emergency leaks of oil and oil products on surface of rivers and water basins. Device has flexible guarding, outreach collecting unit, settling vessel, pumps, and system for withdrawing and extending of flexible guarding. Collecting unit is provided with rotating filtering drum which is made in the form of scroll. Settling vessel is provided with separating partition and self-cleaning drum-type filter, also conveyor for discharge of heavy fractions, pocket for discharge of oil, and pocket for discharge of water. Oil discharge level is fixed. Water discharge pocket is provided with level adjusting shutter. Aforesaid embodiment of device possesses high performance characteristics and allows for collecting oil from surface of water basins and rivers in conditions when wind acting direction is changed.
