FIELD: hydrology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for collecting, cleaning and thickening of clastic deposits of structures, storm and industrial flows, clastic deposits of rivers and lakes, and in slime collectors at places of oil recovery and refining which makes it possible to clean clastic deposits and water from free oil products. Proposed plant has clastic deposit collecting and pumping module, coarse filter, flocculant delivery unit at coarse filter inlet whose outlet communicates with separator inlet. Device for putting out heavy solid particles, oil products collecting reservoir, collecting reservoirs for deposits and cleaned water, filter and pump. First outlet of separator communicates with deposit collecting reservoir and with cleaned water collecting reservoir through pump and deposit thickening device, second outlet of separator communicates through filter with oil product collecting reservoir third outlet if separator communicates with oil product collecting reservoir third outlet of separator communicates with heavy solid particles output device, and fourth outlet of separator is is connected to second inlet of cleaned water collecting reservoir through acoustic filter by water pipe.
