APPARATUS FOR PURIFICATION AND DESALINATION OF PETROLEUM-CONTAINING CRUDE MATERIAL Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: petroleum extracting and petroleum processing industry, in particular, purification of petroleum sludge, petroleum products and purification of contaminated and caught petroleum and waste oils.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has filters-heaters, crude material supplying lines for supplying crude material to filters-heaters, and lines for supplying water steam condensate, said lines being mounted on lines for supplying of crude materials. Centrifuge is equipped with separating devices and two chambers for receiving and discharge of liquid fractions, wherein pressure devices are positioned. Density meter and regulating valve are mounted on each of two pressure lines for discharge of liquid fractions (petroleum and water). Separator is furnished with system for automatic controlling of mode for periodic discharge of drum from mechanical contaminants. Apparatus is further furnished with reservoir-separator for preparing of crude material, said reservoir being furnished with acoustic systems and water steam supplying device.

EFFECT: increased stability of purifying in altering modes and composition of crude materials.
