FIELD: oil processing industry, particularly, gathering and processing of oil sludges and decontamination of grounds. SUBSTANCE: system includes successively connected module of gathering and pumping over of sludge, filter, separator. Connected to filter inlet is outlet of the first unit of supply of emulsifying agent, and filter outlet is connected with inlet of accumulator of large mechanical particles. Outlet of separator of light fraction is connected with inlet of heater. Connected to heater inlet is outlet of the second unit of supply of deemulsifying agent and outlet of steam supply unit. Outlet of two-phase centrifuge is connected with inlet of three-phase centrifugal separator whose one outlet is connected with inlet of vessel of gathering of purified oil. System has a device for treatment with ferments whose outlet is connected with one of inlets of device of biological destruction. Separator outlet of water-silt suspension is connected with the help of pump to inlet of cultivator whose second inlet is connected to outlet of the aeration second system. One of separator inlets is connected with steam supply unit. Outlet of heavy fraction from heater is connected through the first acoustic system to inlet of two-phase centrifuge. Two outlets of extractor of water and suspension are connected to corresponding inlet of separator, and the third outlet of extractor of sand is connected through the second acoustic system with the help of fourth device of sediment supply to inlet of device for treatment with ferments. Water outlet of separator is connected through the first acoustic filter with the help of pump of water supply to inlet of module of gathering and pumping over of sludge. The second outlet of the second system of aeration is connected through the fourth acoustic system to the third inlet of cultivator and its outlet is connected through the second acoustic filter to the second inlet of module of gathering and pumping over of sludge. The second outlet of three-phase centrifugal separator is connected with the help of the second device of sediment supply and the third outlet of three-phase centrifugal separator to corresponding inlets of separator. Proposed system is also used in elimination of emergency spillages of oil, oil products, gathering and purification of contaminated oil, bottom sediments of heavy hydrocarbons in rivers, lakes, bottom sediments of sludge accumulator at places of recovery and processing of oils. EFFECT: complex purification of oil sludges, mazutted grounds, bottom sediments of light and heavy fractions with utilization of all components, with increased degree of purification and relatively low cost of process, reduced time of purification. 1 dwg
