FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining ABO blood group availability, growth factor, constitutional morphological type, availability of diagonal fold in lobule of the auricle. Markers are additionally determined like availability or lack of hypertension, smoking, heredity aggravated by cardiac ischemia, hypo α-cholesterolemia, hyper-glyceridemia, a number of phenotypic signs like hair color, availability of bald spot, early gray hair, iris color, auricle lobule shape, relation between the second and the fourth finger on the right hand, skill in rolling tongue in tube. Prognostic coefficient value is calculated for each factor. Prognostic coefficient sum being equal to 5 points or higher, high risk of cardiac ischemia disease is predicted in miners suffering from chronic dust bronchitis.
