SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the field of electrical equipment for arrangement of communication channels between network devices using power transmission lines (PTL) with voltage of up to 35 kV inclusively. Power line communication device comprises a connector assembly connected to the transmission line phase, a power module which is connected to the output of the connector assembly consisting of a series-connected mains filter and a power connector, a transceiving module with digital interfaces. Device additionally includes voltage converter consisting of series-connected high-voltage capacitor, voltage sampling transformer and voltage stabilizer, and an attachment module consisting of a coupling capacitor and a high-pass filter, in parallel to which a voltage limiter is connected, wherein a connection module is connected in parallel to the connector assembly, to which a transceiving module is connected, and a voltage converter to which the power module is connected.
