SUBSTANCE: device comprises three rejectors 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, three coupling capacitors 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and three connection filters 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, HF track arranged along aerial high-voltage line VL-110 kV, controller 2, having two rectifiers 2.1 and 2.2, differential amplifier 2.3, power amplifier 2.4, indication unit 2.5, high frequency generator 2.6 and bridge separating filter 2.7 with supply diagonal and measurement diagonal, transmitter 3, comprising start-up unit 3.1, generator 3.2 of modulated high-frequency signals, communication power amplifier 3.3 and linear filter 3.4, receiver 4, including input filter 4.1, intermediate filter 4.2, high-frequency amplifier 4.3, demodulator 4.4, alarm unit 4.5 and high-frequency signal carrier monitoring unit 4.6.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and reduced prime cost of monitoring as a result of substation power equipment automation in working mode without disconnection of voltage.
