FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking biological fluid samples and placing them into a cell for being analyzed, by causing current to pass through the cell from generator retunable in frequency and amplitude mode and measuring conductivity Y1. Biological fluid is sampled after the biological object awakes from sleep. Biological fluid standard sample is additionally used and current of the same amplitude and frequency is applied causing it to pass through the standard cell. Its conductivity Ys is measured. Biological fluid conductivity values in analysis and standard cell are additionally determined N1= Y1/Ys. N1 being less than 1, biological object state is identified as standard one. N1 being greater than 1, biological object state disorder is to be diagnosed. The device has analysis cell and generator connected to it. Differential amplifier, detector and measuring unit are connected in series. The differential amplifier has the first and the second current-summing input. The generator is connected to the first summing input of the differential amplifier. The introduced amplifier has the first and the second summing input. Electrode is spatially movably connected to the second summing input of the differential amplifier for contacting to the biological fluid in the analysis cell and the standard fluid. The detector is connected to the measuring unit through the first summing input of the introduced amplifier.
