FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes transsecting intestine, withdrawing ulcerous portion from intestine, incising intestine 1 to 2 cm above lower edge of ulcer, suturing posterior wall through lower ulcerous portion when applying first row of sutures, puncturing lower edge of ulcerous portion towards mucous membrane and anterior wall of intestine and anterior wall of intestine along cut-off edge, making puncture via submucous layer towards serous membrane at distance of 1 cm from edge, closing up ulcerous portion and first row of sutures by strand of greater omentum having width not less than diameter of ulcerous portion based on pedicle, applying second row of sutures to portion disposed above strand of greater omentum, subserously suturing anterior wall of duodenal stump stepping aside by 1.0 to 1.5 cm from first row of sutures and upper edge of ulcer-affected portion, and then suturing anterior wall of duodenal stump to pancreas capsule by applying third row of sutures to restore continuity of peritoneum.
