SUBSTANCE: described are frothy tablets or granules comprising skeleton material, acid carbonization component, sweetening agent and also macro- and microelements, and optionally vitamins as active ingredients. Frothy tablets and granules contain 20-50 wt % of mannite as skeleton material, 8-25 wt % of potassium hydrocarbonate as main carbonization component, 9-27 wt % of acid as malic acid carbonization component and 0.4-2.2 wt % of aspartam as sweetening agent.
