SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a mixture for a non-alcoholic beverage in the form of an effervescent soluble tablet containing the following, wt. %: natural flavours 8-12; active ingredients 6-10; succinic acid 8-10; steviol glycosides or stevia as sweetener 1.5-3; sodium bicarbonate as the main effervescent component in amount of 20-30; citric acid anhydride as effervescent acid component 20-30; vitamin premix 1-5; natural dye 0.5-1.5; polyethylene glycol as binder 0.9-4; mannitol 8-13, wherein the active ingredients used are natural extracts obtained from fruits, berries, plants or parts thereof. Also disclosed is a method of producing a mixture for a non-alcoholic beverage in the form of an effervescent soluble tablet containing the following ingredients, wt. %: natural flavours 8-12, active components 6-10, succinic acid 8-10, steviol glycosides or stevia as sweetener 1.5-3, sodium bicarbonate as the main effervescent component 20-30, citric acid anhydride as effervescent acid component 20-30, vitamin premix 1-5, natural dye 0.5-1.5, polyethylene glycol as binder 0.9-4, mannitol 8-13, in which natural extracts obtained from fruits, berries, plants or parts thereof are used as active components , wherein, first, prepared by homogenisation and wet granulation are granules containing a mixture of natural flavours and half of the calculated amount of succinic acid, and granules containing a mixture of active components and another half of the calculated amount of succinic acid, for this purpose, with constant stirring in the granulator, a binding solution based on ethyl alcohol is sprayed onto the said dry mixtures of components until the particles are moistened and sticking to granules, after which the wet granules are dried at temperature of 45-50 °C for 60-70 minutes, further, the remaining ingredients are added to the obtained two types of granules in the form of steviol glycosides or stevia, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid anhydride, vitamin premix, natural dye, polyethylene glycol and mannitol, The obtained mixture is stirred and compressed into tablets under the action of high pressure.
EFFECT: invention provides improved properties of drinking water by adding natural components, vitamins, calorie-free natural sweetener with simultaneous provision of high organoleptic properties, as well as expansion of the range of compositions for production of beverages in the form of effervescent soluble tablets.
