FIELD: medicine, particularly, surgery. SUBSTANCE: device consists of two parts: box-type base and mobile guide. Box-type base is provided with slit-like holes and slots on distal end. Mobile guide has container with gel sorbent closed with plug on side of proximal end. Plug is connected to ligature. End part of container is fitted with coupling member with hole in the middle. Mobile guide is introduced into box-type base by means of ligature coated with oil solution. One end of ligature is secured by means of coupling device, and other is passed through box-type base and slots in two directions. Device facilitates effective draining of organism cavities especially in hard-to-get-at and easily traumatized zones. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
