FIELD: MEDICINE; TECHNIQUES.
SUBSTANCE: drainage system consists of two twin tubes of equal diameter, connected along the generating line and bearing open proximal and distal ends. At the drainage tube, the minor round hollow container is fixed, which is connected with the hollow tube via minor adapter, and the minor hollow tube is, in turn, connected with the major hollow container via major adapter. At the distal end of the system between the drainage tube and minor container, the slot is made with width and length equal to the diameter of drainage tube. Inside the major container, the roller is inserted at the rod passing through the container's walls. The handle of roller is firmly fixed to the roller from outside of container. At another rod side, the screw gutter is made, which has a lock screw. A ball is inserted into the minor container and fixed to a thread. The thread is put from the minor container via the distal slot, into the drainage tube in proximal direction, where it is winded round the roller and brought though the major faucet, hollow tube and the minor faucet into the minor container, where fixed to the opposite ball pole. Ball's diameter is less than inner diameter of the drainage tube.
EFFECT: invention results in continuous, permanent drainage activity due to provided cleaning off the blood clots from the internal gutter without taking out the drainage.
