ORGANIC WASTE PROCESSING LINE Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: processing of organic waste, applicable for production of fertilizers from manure, poultry excrements, straw, pot-herb leaves, shaft, sawdust, peat, lignin, etc. SUBSTANCE: the processing line has bioreactors with front, rear and side walls, monitor sensors of temperature, moisture and oxygen content and a compressor plant. The rear wall of each bioreactor is made hinged, with the hinges in its upper part. Made in the lower part of each bioreactor is a triangular-section compartment, whose one wall represents a perforated bottom installed with inclination to the hinged wall. The bottom angle of inclination is determined by the conditions of material gravity unloading from the bioreactor and minimum capacity of the container. The bioreactors are interconnected through pipes for feeding the heat- transfer agent, located in the lower part of the bioreactors in the triangular-section compartments. EFFECT: accelerated waste processing due to redistribution of heat of exothermic reaction of fermentation among the bioreactors, enhanced capacity of unloading of finished product. 2 cl, 2 dwg
