The fermenter consists of a controller, a sealed tank, made in the form of a cylindrical container, with double walls, while the outer wall of the tank is made of galvanized steel, the inner wall is made of stainless steel, and a heat-insulating filler is located between the outer and inner walls, and fixed vertically on the base, containing a ratchet mechanism, two hydraulic cylinders, two fans, four air filters and a hydraulic station, as well as having a loading opening and a device for unloading raw materials, a lift for delivering raw materials to the loading opening, a shaft is vertically mounted inside the tank, made with a vertical channel, with mixing blades located in the upper, middle and lower levels of the tank, and the blades of the lower level are made with hollow horizontal channels, in the lower walls of which there are holes directed vertically downwards, and the cavity of the vertical channel of the lower part of the shaft is connected to the horizontal channels of the blade of lower level of the tank, and systems of highways that sequentially connect the tank, the shell-and-tube heat exchanger and the deodorizer, while under the raw material unloading device there is a conveyor for receiving and shipping finished products to the warehouse.

EFFECT: increase in the productivity of the fermenter, reduction of energy consumption, increase in the service life of the fermenter, increase in the wear resistance of the units used.
