FIELD: telecommunication. SUBSTANCE: proposed system ensures signaling processing in telecommunication. Signaling processor receives call signaling. It processes calls and generates new signaling based on processing results. New signaling is transmitted to network elements. Signaling processor is not coupled to commutation matrix but establishes communication with network element over signaling channels.
